Timberlands in Washington state. Today we own over 5 million
acres in the U.S, including over 4 million acres in the southeastern U.S. |

It takes decades to grow a tree to produce quality sawtimber, which is our
primary goal. Our forest management also creates quality habitat for a wide
diversity of species, including popular game species such as white-tailed deer
and wild turkey. We offer our lands to be leased to outdoor enthusiasts to
enjoy. In most cases, our ownership is accessible by a network of all-season
roads and, in many cases, access can be controlled by us and lessee’s via locked
gates. |
