A. The Club Contact represents the Hunt Club to WeyerhaeuserHuntinglands.com and is ultimately responsible for payment of the lease fee. The contact can be the president, secretary, or treasurer of the club, but it is very important that they understand that they will be the primary person contacted by email about invoices, dues, member addresses, etc. This person should have good internet connection and be the type of person who uses and checks email frequently. This person will have the online control of the hunt clubs lease. It will be the contacts responsibility to keep the clubs account updated with any changes.
