Some hunting clubs are incorporated as not profit groups through the state. This is not required but recommended. A hunt club is the distinct list of people with their correct addresses, who have included on the recreation lease acquired by the Club Contact on behalf of the Club Members. Clubs are required to have bylaws or governing rules.
