Should lessees, their agents, employees or guests fail, in Weyerhaeuser’s opinion, to comply strictly with the terms of this lease, Weyerhaeuser reserves the right to cancel this lease for cause immediately without any liability on its part whatsoever. Weyerhaeuser also reserves the right to cancel this lease at any time on ten (10) days written notice to the Designated Representative should it so elect, even though lessees have complied with its terms.
