Only temporary tree stands are allowed on the property. Tree stands must be removed from the property prior to expiration of the lease. Lessor is not responsible for tree stands damaged during timber harvesting or any other time. It is your responsibility to remove tree stands from areas being harvested. Lessor will not give you prior notice of timber harvesting.
