What is the difference between leases?

An individual lease is for one person. Usually, the lease is written in the persons name not a "club name". An unincorporated lease is for a club with many persons and has a president. A club name is chosen ie. Big Buck Hunting Club. A "Power of Attorney" sheet is included which each club member is expected to sign showing they have read and/or are aware of the lease terms, as well as giving the president the authority to sign a lease agreement on their behalf. An incorporated club will go through the process of registering their club with the appropriate Secretary of State office. A board will be elected by the members to be responsible for managing the corporation.
