These lands are being managed to produce quality forest products, game and non-game habitat. If you would like to have exclusive rights to enjoy the forest, you are invited to lease the hunting and fishing rights on the land. The lease rate you pay helps the owner cover the cost of owning timberland, road maintenance, habitat improvements, insurance and other cost. Once you find a tract of land that fits your needs, we ask you submit a price you would be willing to pay for an exclusive hunting and fishing lease. The landowner may accept or reject your offer and is under no obligation to lease the hunting rights.
